How We Got Started
Look, I'm not gonna feed you some fancy corporate origin story. Truth is, we started because we got tired of seeing European car owners getting overcharged or worse - misdiagnosed by shops that didn't really get these machines.
Back when we opened up shop here on Marine Drive, it was just me and a couple buddies who'd spent years wrenching on BMWs, Mercs, and Audis at dealerships. We knew the ins and outs, had the diagnostic tools, and honestly just wanted to do things right without the dealer markup.
What started as a small bay has grown into a full-service facility, but we've kept that same mindset - treat every car like it's our own, charge fair prices, and actually explain what's going on under the hood.
Our Journey
The Beginning
Opened our doors with one lift and a dream. Started with basic maintenance and quickly earned trust with our diagnostic skills.
First Major Expansion
Added three more bays and brought in specialized diagnostic equipment for VAG group vehicles. Word was getting around.
Tech Upgrade
Invested heavily in factory-level diagnostic tools. We're talking the same software the dealers use, but without their hourly rates.
Team Growth
Brought on three master techs with dealership backgrounds. Each one's got their specialty - one guy lives and breathes BMWs.
Today
We're the go-to shop for European vehicles in North Van. Still family-owned, still doing honest work, just with better coffee in the waiting area now.
